Absolutely not! Our goal is to personalize a care plan that’s tailored to you and your needs. We typically see patients once a month, and as your body responds and you start feeling better, we'll gradually reduce the frequency of your visits. The supplements are simply a tool to help restore balance and support your body during your wellness journey. Once you've completed your personalized roadmap to wellness, you may no longer need supplements. That said, there are a few that can be beneficial to take long-term, like Vitamin D3 & K2, to support overall health. But don’t worry, we’ll work with you every step of the way!
It really depends on the individual, their health history, and any specific symptoms they’re experiencing. However, the most common tests we start with are the Immuno Food Allergy kit and the Genova Stool Test. The Immuno Food Allergy test helps us understand which foods might be causing inflammation in your gut and other areas of your body. The Genova Stool Test provides an in-depth look at what’s going on in your gut, giving us valuable insight into your digestive health. These two tests are a great starting point for understanding your body and setting the foundation for your overall health!
