Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit
  • 1 cup alternative unsweetened milk of choice
    • Hemp, Coconut, Almond, Cashew
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Place almond butter, monk fruit, and milk alternative in a bowl and stir together.
  2. Stir in chia seeds by hand.
  3. Once everything is mixed, pour mixture into a bowl or mason jar and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  4. Top with extra almond butter and coconut flakes and anything else you’d like and enjoy!
