Ingredients

  • ¾ cup alternative unsweetened milk of choice
    • Example: Hemp, Coconut, Almond, Cashew
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free peanut butter (substitute almond or cashew butter)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons collagen peptides or 1 scoop of Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
  • ¼ tsp stevia/monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to suit.
  2. Option to drizzle the glass with melted Lily’s dark chocolate for decoration.
