Ingredients
- ¾ cup alternative unsweetened milk of choice
- Example: Hemp, Coconut, Almond, Cashew
- ¼ avocado
- 1 tablespoon sugar free peanut butter (substitute almond or cashew butter)
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons collagen peptides or 1 scoop of Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
- ¼ tsp stevia/monk fruit
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to suit.
- Option to drizzle the glass with melted Lily’s dark chocolate for decoration.
