Ingredients
- 10 oz alternative unsweetened milk of choice
- Example: Hemp, Coconut, Almond, Cashew
- 1 heaping scoop of Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder
- ¼-1/2 cup organic peanut butter with no sugar (substitute with almond or cashew butter)
- 1 tbsp stevia/monk fruit
- Add ½ tsp maca powder (optional)
- Add a handful of organic spinach (optional)
- Add frozen avocado chunks (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for about 15-20 seconds.
Adding frozen avocado will make it cold & thicker!
