Ingredients

  • 10 oz alternative unsweetened milk of choice
    • Example: Hemp, Coconut, Almond, Cashew
  • 1 heaping scoop of Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • ¼-1/2 cup organic peanut butter with no sugar (substitute with almond or cashew butter)
  • 1 tbsp stevia/monk fruit
  • Add ½ tsp maca powder (optional)
  • Add a handful of organic spinach (optional)
  • Add frozen avocado chunks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for about 15-20 seconds.
    Adding frozen avocado will make it cold & thicker!
