Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • ¾ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ground turkey, black pepper, salt, sage, ginger, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl until well blended.
  2. Form mixture into 8 equal sized patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, coat with avocado oil.
  4. Add patties and fry until browned on both sides and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
