Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried sage
- ¾ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix ground turkey, black pepper, salt, sage, ginger, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl until well blended.
- Form mixture into 8 equal sized patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, coat with avocado oil.
- Add patties and fry until browned on both sides and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
