INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- coconut oil or avocado oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- dried oregano, to taste
- dried thyme, to taste
- turmeric powder, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice sweet potatoes into fries. ¼-inch thin fries bake up nice and crispy!
- Toss with oil in a bowl or place on a parchment-covered cookie sheet and spray with avocado oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place the fries in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping about halfway through.
- Watch fries closely towards the end to prevent burning. A few on the edges may get a bit dark depending on how thin they were sliced. Just remember to remove them from the oven when done to your liking.
- Season with the other optional seasonings. A little bit goes a long way.
