INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ C chopped organic onion
  • ½ C organic mushrooms
  • 1 C of chopped organic celery
  • 6 C gluten-free croutons
  • 10 oz. Organic Vegetable Broth or Bone Broth
  • ¼ C organic apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 organic apple
  • 1 organic duck egg or egg replacer
  • 1 tsp organic thyme
  • 1 tsp organic rosemary
  • 1 tsp organic marjoram
  • 1 tsp organic basil
  • 1 tsp organic seasoning salt
  • Sea salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 10″ casserole pan with avocado oil or coconut oil.
  2. Stir all ingredients together.
  3. Pour into casserole pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
